The Liberation of Aleppois Imminent Following Insurgent Collapse.

In one of the most stunning developments in the grinding five year war, 40% of the insurgent pocket has been lost in the space of 48 hours. Following the Syrian army capture of the Hanano district the entire northern sector of the insurgent pocket collapsed, thousands of civilians have fled into the Government sector and the twin myths of the popular support for the insurgents and the malevolence of the government towards the people have been instantly extinguished.

Every one of the avalanche of lies have achieved nothing but to discredit the source.

The civilians who have been able to leave tell very consistent stories about being used as human shields, being extorted large amounts in order to be allowed to leave, tyrannical religious edicts, hoarding of supplies and the mining of escape routes and firing upon any who try and escape.

The jig is up but the propagandists will continue droning on, they know no other way and are so mentally ossified that they are incapable of honest reporting even if that became their intent.

Syrian Battlefield Journalists Explain the Situation to the Jihadists….

In Syria there are two journalists named Rabea Kalawandy and Sohayb Masri who travel around to the recently liberated areas and celebrate Syrian victories whilst taunting the jihadist insurgents. Rabea is the bald guy at the far left and Sohayb is the fellow to the right of screen with the white keffiyeh around his neck, Rabea is the hard man whilst Sohayb is the one with the wisecracks. The videos are posted at Rabea’s twitter account, but only in Arabic.

The collapse of the jihadists in the northern sector of eastern Aleppo gave them an opportunity for an epic and classic video taunting the insurgents who have done so much damage to their nation. The complete video is embedded below.

 

 

The Next Steps.

When the fighting in Aleppo ends, as it will do within the coming weeks at the latest. The war will be over for control of Syria’s major cities, the war will continue in Latakia/Idlib and the Aleppo countryside to the west as well as Hama, Homs and Deir ez Zour to the east and a much smaller war in the south of the country but within months Syria may be able to begin rebuilding the core state. The insurgent defeat in Aleppo is going to mean the end for the insurgency in the major Syrian cities, the insurgency will become more of a nuisance at the edge rather than a threat to the existence of the state.

The end is now in sight, Syria has survived the worst that NATO and the Gulf States could throw at them short of open war- including dozens of airstrikes from Israeli and US coalition aircraft, and they have survived.

Syria, the army and the people deserve the credit but it is telling that whereas Saddam’s Iraq and Qaddafi’s Libya had no real allies willing to lift a finger in their defense, both Iran and Russia have made massive sacrifices in support of Syria and that has made it completely impossible for the plot against Syria to succeed as the previous regime change/state destruction operations had done.

Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey, President Obama and even the British Labor party and Parliament deserve a modicum of credit also for resisting another demolition job in September 2013 after the massive chemical weapons false flag was supposed to close the deal.

Without the US air force the insurgents were never going to win, but the billions of dollars of military aid from a host of nations and steady influx of duped foreign fighters via the Turkish border made it impossible for the Syrian Army to prevail prior to the increased Russian and Iranian assistance of late 2015.
